  hello friends, rifter here from jwr.. i'm starting a new project using google maps to plot locations, news articles and other sources regarding high-profile crimes committed by jehovah's witnesses, and other related reports.

  the project will be ongoing, and much of the data so far is based on articles posted in the in the news section of jwr.

  i will soon be adding data from additional sources whenever possible.

  the existence of these meetings is no secret but the content of them certainly is.. in this country (the uk) i can study the law and the subtleties of precedent that can be argued in any accusation raised against me.

  During this holiday season our worthy elders will not be enjoying the fruit of their labours with their families but will be attending their training sessions conducted in great secrecy. The existence of these meetings is no secret but the content of them certainly is.

  In this country (the UK) I can study the law and the subtleties of precedent that can be argued in any accusation raised against me. I can either, at state or personal expense, hire a lawyer to help me through the morass. I can attend almost any court hearing and listen to the evidence of any case that is proceeding. I can in any serious matter demand a trial by a jury of my peers. I can go and listen to laws being made and enacted.

  The elders this weekend will be subjected to material that is at once boring to the point of self-harm and disturbing to the point of moral outrage.

  As a R & F member am I allowed to know the latest iteration of legal precedent that may be used against me? Am I able to instruct a lawyer conversant with these rules and regulations? Am I able to have the comfort of knowing that justice is being tested by a group of my peers? The answer to all those questions is No! The same men accuse me, defend me and judge me.

  Just in case a curious brother or even a non-member attempts to eavesdrop the following security measures will be in force.

  All attendees will need a security pass to gain admittance; there will be no admittance without one.

  The microphones are to be hard wired not, repeat, not radio mikes. There is of course a risk that ordinary publishers would be able to know the rules under which they live their lives.

  This legalistic unjust skewed balance of power makes my blood boil and my ears steam.

  A Gem From This Week's TMS

  before i get to the gem in this week's tms, let me let any of you newbies here up to date with us jdubs and schooling.

  in the february 22, 2002 watchtower, the wtbts released the article titled "how my dream was fullfilled".

  it was one of many typical jw stories of a good devout jdub "resisting temptation" and accepting the borg as absolute truth.

  I had an uncle who was a missionary. When I was about seven back in the 1950s I was a big reader, devoured anything and everything.

  I noticed a definite correlation between "Readers Digest" and the Awake aticles. I was quite upset but allowed my uncle to mollify me.

  I was really stumbled but accepted that my wise superstar uncle was right. I wish I had listened to my seven year old logic.

  well, .... although i have stated in this forum several times, and probably also other people stated about it, i would like to say again now.. as for the current governing body members, they are the "fake anointed.".

  the greatest tragedy of today's jehovah's witnesses is that fakes/liars are guiding the organization.. people who have served jehovah for years should remember the "basic doctrine.".

  6 In recent years the number of the little flock still on earth has become quite small. This was evident from the 1994 Memorial report. In some 75,000 congregations of Jehovah’s people worldwide, only 8,617 demonstrated by partaking of the emblems their profession to be members of the remnant. (Matthew 26:26-30) In contrast, the total attendance was 12,288,917. Anointed Christians know that this is to be expected. Jehovah has established a limited number, 144,000, to make up the little flock, and he has been gathering it since Pentecost 33 C.E. Logically, the calling of the little flock would draw to a close when the number was nearing completion, and the evidence is that the general gathering of these specially blessed ones ended in 1935. However, the other sheep in the time of the end were prophesied to grow to be “a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues.” Since 1935 the general gathering by Jehovah has been of this great crowd, whose hope is everlasting life on a paradise earth.—Revelation 7:9; 14:15, 16; Psalm 37:29.

  7 Most of those of the little flock yet on earth are now in their 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. A few have passed their 100th year of life. All of these, whatever their age, know that through a heavenly resurrection, they will eventually be united with Jesus Christ and will rule with him in his glorious Kingdom. Those of the great crowd will be earthly subjects of Christ the King. Let each one rejoice over what Jehovah has in store for those who love him. It is not for us to choose what hope to entertain. That is for Jehovah to determine. Both groups can thrill in their hope for a happy future, whether it be in the heavenly Kingdom or on a paradise earth under that Kingdom.—John 6:44, 65; Ephesians 1:17, 18.

  The expression 'need greaters'. Anyone else heard this?

  my wife gets emails from someone who is serving in another country.. he keeps on referring to brothers/sisters who are 'need greaters'.. if they are actually using this expression then i have to say that it is the stupidest 'title' that they have ever dreamed up.
